I wish I knew how to quit you...

I have an accumulation of watches. Most are of decent quality, and yet... I still wear a Casio or Citizen most of the time. The other watches are objectively better, and yet...

I guess I just need to accept that I am a Basic C.

    How are they "better"?
The best watches are the ones you like to wear.
Cost means nothing unless you get your pleasure from material things like precious metals or invisible "movements" that you can try to explain to people who couldn't care less.

I have the same corundum after getting the Casio Oak. Its just so comfy that I hardly pick others to wear. I am looking to sell off others. It just does not make sense to box them when others might find better use of the watches.

Casio and Citizen watches are truly in-house, not sure about your other watches though.

I wear my Solar Tuna a lot more than I really ought to but it's lovely.

My Deep Blue TriDiver is better materials (sapphire, AR, Tritium) and the fit and finish is better too. Very noticeably better when using the bezel.

Despite that, I wear my $60 Casio Duro way more often. It's not even close.

sometimes its good to wear a beater you don't need to worry about, nothing wrong with that

the fact that you can still appreciate the cheap watches, shows that you are an actual enthusiast and now just an elitist clout chaser using watches to flash your wealth

I would add that the most expensive watches are the ones you don't wear. If you don't wear them or want to wear them I'd sell 'em.

I have some expensive suits shirts and shoes but wear my tee shirts, shorts and sneakers whenever I can.
