Identify this watch (political news anchor)

I often watch "Hard ball" with Chris Matthews and have always noticed he's got a fat watch under his cuff. He guessed appeared in another site recently and I was able to take a pic from the tv. What do you guys think?

No, I looked close at the paused tv screen. It has two lines of smallish writing. The Invicta logo is quite obvious.
