    If only one watch?

What if....you could have only one watch for the next 20 years? What would you choose?

Rolex sd4k would suffice for the next 50 years should I live that long

    Here we go again....

For me, it would be the newest version of the Rolex Explorer 1--great all-rounder, and interestingly, even now, I don't own one, and am perfectly happy with what I do have, but if I were to do it all again, I would buy the one, and go on with my life outside of the watch forum madness.

hmm its always difficult to answer this, obviously there are six figure watches I'd love for an only watch, but I'll keep it "relatively" priced, and by that I mean still a lot of money, just not six figures. for some reason the nautilus always is the first thing that comes to mind when asked this question, not sure why because it's not something I really ever dream about adding to the collection, but for some reason as an only watch i like it

For me, right now, it's the datejust that I own. The blue dial makes it sporty, the bracelet comfortable and rugged, has a date, waterproof to swim with, and the design is dressy by nature. Covers all the bases. I'd have to look into everything if I wanted to consider watches I don't have.

Although I do not have one myself I like the idea of a Breatling aerospace Avantage - seems like most folks who have them swear by them.

Same answer I've given for the last 20 times or more, what I'm wearing now, my Lucien Piccard.
