    Incoming and outgoing (kinda)

My 16610LV (Kermit) is coming back from the spa this week from Bob Ridley. The 1675 is going to La watch works to take care of flaking lume.

I feel sad the 1675 is leaving me. We’ve never been apart after all these years together. But I feel kinda giddy. Almost like getting a new watch with the Kermit coming home.

I wonder does others have these sentimental ties to certain watches.

I absolutely do! Sent my speedmaster 105.012 in for servicing 2 years ago it was missed in rotation. I know if a watch is not missed during servicing, it is time to get it to a new home.
