Based on style I'd guess 1980's with a quartz movement but it's impossible to tell much from your pictures. Does the case say .58 or .75 gold? If not then it's plate.
Take it to a good B&M dealer for additional information.

Anyone know what type of movement it has? Inhouse movement? It's definitely not quartz, I wound it myself. Where does this brand fit in the scheme of things?
