Need to inquire, is this a new method of scamming? He is insisting that I press the link which I think is a phsing site so I am not pressing it. Anyone knows any details if this is legit or not? I told him I only deal on Paypal and ships on PayPal verified address.

Look at the address of that link. It's Watchuseek (dot) UNI (dot) ME , not Watchuseek.com so that tells you everything you need to know. Report him as a scammer.
