    Interesting find?

    Hi,

A friend of mine was clearing a property a while ago and came across this watch, I'm guessing it's a graduation gift and probably made in bulk to give to students. A google search yields no results, we thought maybe someone here may know a little more about it or it's history. Although it's a quartz it looks quite old (and tiny at 34mm).

The emblem looks authentic and probably too elaborate to fake. I find it odd that the writing is in English. There's no Thai writing at all. Very strange.

It's a real thing and properly spelled.

Can't tell you about anything but the size, think in terms of 1970 Thailand and the average size of a young Thai man. The size seems good to me and I think it's a cool find.

I love the smell of carbamide in the morning, it smells like VICTORY.
That ain't a double, I just like to stutter.

I suspect it's a cheap quartz movement. Probably Ronda.

    Thanks chaps,

Be nice if I could date it for him, the strap is very worn and the case has a few scuffs but I can't see anywhere where the plating is worn or peeled, making me think it's either a better quality than I thought or it's 9ct.

    Here's the inside....
