Confused Kickstarter Watches/Projects - So many, which to choose ?

    Dear WUS community,

Good day. I see that there are so many Kickstarter projects and watches around. Is that any that stands out among the crowd ?

Please share your opinions/selections here. Thanks.

    Hey man,

KS is indeed a interesting platform to follow and buy watches from. I for one have stuckx the bull last August. I also backed the Nezumi which I find really cool looking. I was looking for a white dial watch, what he did with the black inserts really caught my eye. I also backed the Boldr, the "cleverwatch" concept is quite interesting. I do not really like the digital watches but they seem to have combined best of both for a competing price.

I also looked at the Helgray hornet. A cool looking watch from a well established (ks) brand. But I don't love it enough to back it.

All in all KS is a good place to see new, cool, sweet and sometimes terrible things. Therefore it keeps me interested in following the site and its watch projects.

    No problem man!
I'd say go with whatever you like and can afford. Most KS watches are not too expensive. But if you want to be assured of buying a quality watch, I'd say go with the Helgray. They've proved they can built affordable, quality watches. The one they offer right now is not really my kind of thing but great value for money though!

I've backed several kickstarter campaigns. The Tactico Geomaster Gmt that is currently on KS looks awesome imo. Just remember that patience is the key when backing projects as they rarely go according to schedule.

I want to love Courg - the designs are great but for some reason I can't dig the bezel on them and you don't get a customisation option.

To me, there is always a better watch to be had from an established brand if one is patient enough to look around on the grey market or preowned market...
