    Which to let go?

As seems to be my perpetual state at this point, I'm again trying to figure out how to trim my collection down. I try to stay at four, but at this point I'm just trying to get down to five. Here's the current collection, and I've got a new Hamilton Khaki Mechanical no-date on the way. The latter is mostly going to be a summer watch I think, so in my head it doesn't count. The rest of my main collection is (L to R):
    Omega Railmaster
    Hamilton Intra-matic
    Hamilton Chrono-diver
    Oris Divers 65
    Oak & Oscar Sandford

The main area of overlap I see is between the Chrono-diver and the Oris. I'm not a huge dive watch collector, so two black bezel watches is a lot for me. I realize a lot of this comes down to what gets worn, and my personal preference, but I'm a bit stuck. I think fresh eyes might identify redundancy or holes that I don't. Thoughts?

Bit of a toughie this one. After a fair bit of deliberation I reckon the chrono should be the one to go.

That's kind of where I'm leaning, but I think part of the reason I'm torn is because I just (yesterday) got the chrono back from service, and it was an expensive one. I'm way underwater on it at this point, because it was already supposed to have been serviced, which shouldn't be a reason to keep it, but I'm a bit hung up about it.

I agree with sticky on the Hamilton Chrono being the one to go.

If you absolutely must, I would lose the Hammy Chrono. But to be honest, you're not going to get enough for it to make it worth it. Do you wear it often?

    Re: Which to let go?

The Hamilton has been in my ownership for about 3 months, and most of that time was spent at the watchmaker. Choosing between that and the Oris on any given day is really a crapshoot.

And to clarify, keeping my collection small is only partially about the investment, so "worth it" is highly subjective. If I didn't really focus on keeping my my number of watches down, I'd be out of control in no time.

I think you have a close to perfect collection there, the Omega as your all around watch, the Intra Matic as a dressy option, the Hammy chrono as well, your chrono and the Oris as your dive style watch.

For me, the Oak and Oscar would hit the road.
