Little STOC.... while awaiting the LSD

LSD as in Large Soaraway Diver.... Haven't posted much in a while, so I thought I'd repost some of my old pictures and start preparing for a new edition...

and a few that are on permanent loan to my father... This is getting to be a serious addiciton... I promise, just one more and I'd be happy....

    Those are some great pics...

Can I ask where you got the strap that's on the Seal? It looks great.

Phaedrus - Love the collection! And I like your shackleton - dont see too often.

Out of curiosity - no polar surveyor? You need a GMT besides the SMG...

I couldn't agree more, I think a polar surveyor needs to be in the collection at some point. Although I'm not to enamored with the new Polar Surveyor, without the AM/PM indication. That was what made the watch unique. The Avant Garde is nice but kind of goes counter to the idea of a rugged explorers watch and the feel of Ti in that size of watchs feels to light for my tastes..

I've gotten used to the larger diameters watches, like the Panerai's, SMG's and Seal and now find that my Phantom and EII are just a tad small. I have a feeling, or let's say a hope, because I don't want to cause anymore rampant speculation that we will see a trend towards larger diameter watches from Kobold. I can envisoin a Seal with a GMT hand, or a SMG cased watch with different complications in the future.
