Looking for a mid-size quartz diver

Hi all. I'm looking for a mid-size men's diver, at around the 38-41mm diameter mark. Budget is up to AU$700.

I'd prefer a quartz movement, as I also have a Speedmaster automatic and apart from the fact that it now needs a service at about AU$750-1000 it has never really impressed me with it's ability to hold a wind.

I love the size of my Speedmaster Reduced. I recently bought a Marathon TSAR mid and found it too small at 36mm (incidentally, I'm selling it so let me know if you're interested - as new, worn once).

I would buy a Seiko SKX-013 if it was quartz, I love the classic styling. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

    Cheers.

Don't know if you like titanium but I've got a similar version of this. Very comfortable:

Nice, I'm comfortable with Ti. I think it would look good with a rubber strap too. Nice size... thanks.

There's a Seiko midsize diver that comes with the high-frequency quartz movement and a perpetual calendar feature - the SBCM023. Lovely watch, I never wear mine anymore

Id second the ,Seiko SBCM023, if you can find one. It's no longer in production. I've had several. Phenomenal watch for the money. It's HAQ to boot!

Looking for a mid-size quartz diver

I would consider the Citizen BN0000-04h on the upper-end of mid-size, but mid-size nonetheless.

    Marathon has a mid-size.

And VSA has the DM500 in a mid-size.

And a "vintage" Tag would fit the bill. Some of them are 37mm and under $500 since they really aren't that popular. (I put vintage in the quotes because these are largely from the 80s and 90s and I'm not sure if that's considered vintage.)

I own the Citizen mentioned above, and I'd wager the quartz Christopher Ward Tridents would hit your sweet spot - comes in 38mm, hits your price point, and seems rock solid.
