    Looking for watch cosmetic work

Looking for a watch maker/repair for minor cosmetic work.
Location is San Francisco, though for good workmanship I would happily work through shipping.

The issue is a Bathys Benthic Automatic, while working on the watch, a clumsy technician smeared the paint on the chapter ring. I would like to have this cleaned up by a more adept shop.
Bathys is not answering email or phone, so a new chapter ring is not available.

    Recommendations please.
