Are you saying those orange dots on the dial are not lumed?

I think it would be easier, if not cheaper, to buy a new watch where the manufacturer does not pretend!

Ya, to be honest when I bought it I failed to even consider that it wasn't lumed due to the style. All the same I do like the colours and think lumed hour markers and hands would look rather nice . but cost and turn around time is also an issue.

Frankly speaking, any work will cost many times that what he paid for the watch.
How much did you pay? ( in USD please)
    Can you return it?

You mentioned that you liked your watch so you may want to do a search on the more recent Kent Parks threads where people were waiting 6-9+ months without any communication from him.

I've heard good things about IWW, but I'm guessing the cost will be as much as your purchase price.

Wow, that would make me nervous. Such a long wait and really only one suggestion , I guess its a rather uncommon request then.

It is not uncommon. Kent is just unreliable from recent threads about him. I think if you sent it to IWW or MCWW it'll be a much shorter wait.
