Confused Majorex Automatic watch-from 1950s or 60s but no info on web

Hi, my first post. I have a Majorex mens automatic I bought in a junk shop for about £20 many years ago. I'll post an image shortly. It is a black face, date at 6 o clock, bi-directional bezel (black) and Omega Seamaster stule hands-still very luminous. Name on watch is Majorex, beneath which is written "Automatic" and "25 Jewels". Glass somewhat domed. I can't trace Majorex at all. Does the name mean anything?

Here are some quick pics-hope they are good enough to get an idea! Looks like a solid stainless steel case as here is no corrosion and I've had it nearly 20 years. Obviously an after-market cheapo bracelet. The writing on the back of the case says "All stainless Steel. Antimagnetic. 100% Waterproof tested 20 atmospheres".
