    Momo Design? Mido?

While searching through the tubes of the world wide webs for a thin watch of roughly 42m-45mm diameter/width, I ran across a bunch of Momo Design and Mido watches that looked potentially appealing. There were a couple of digital watches that I liked by Momo, but also a few automatic (and maybe manual wind) mechanical ones.

Is there a general consensus about these two companies? They don't seem particularly popular around here, but a search does reveal a few assorted threads. Are they trustworthy, well-built, accurate, etc.?

Basically, if you've had any run-ins with watches by these two companies, do you have some sort of opinion on them? Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

EDIT: Sounds like Momo is a bit of an overpriced fashion brand. But honestly, I doubt that the quality is awful, especially for the ones with ETA auto movements... just not sure that it would be a good idea to spend $600 on a not-necessarily-great quartz/digital watch.

When I think of Momo, it's steering wheels.

As far as I know Momo is a fashion brand, just like Armani, DKNY, etc.
On the other hand, I have Mido in HIGH regards, I think they make a superb watch for the money.
    Cheers!

    I love mine .............

I've had them for years and the quality is excellent. They are among my very favorites. I wouldn't trade ONE of them for a Mido !

I don't see the model below on Momo's site (or anywhere else)... where did you find it and what is the model name? Thanks, and nice pics!

Anyone find anything more on Momo Design watches. Looking at one of their Racemaster automatics. Concerned the pricing is for the name versus the quality.
