I recently purchased a Master Collection Moonphase Chronograph watch, and was going over the instructions (which IMHO are minimal) and the instructions state "turn the crown forwards to correct the moonphase after consulting a calendar, which gives the necessary information." Huh?
Ok so can someone explain this? Also what is the purpose of the moonphase? I was thinking that the rotating moonphase indicator was to distinguish between night and day, but now I'm not entirely certain. Observed the watch over the past day and the indicator did not seem to move at all.
Thanks for all responses.
