    More of the same

Whenever you buy a new watch, do you find yourself getting more of the same?
e.g. You like black dials...do you find yourself constantly only being drawn to watches with black dials?
4/6 of my watches have black dials. The remaining 2...one is dark blue..the one with a white dial was a gift.

I am deciding between 2 watches.

I will replace the strap with a Fluco Horween Cordovan unlined.

The Black is more appealing innately because it is high contrast but it also looks like all my other watches.
The white seems more antique and charming but it has low contrasting colours *scream*

Yep, I got me a black dial problem too. I just like them.

I've been flirting with the idea of picking up that white dial for about a year now. The black just doesn't do it for me. When adding a piece to the collection, I like to mix it up and try new colors.

I try...I really do try to mix it up...but then when it comes to pulling the trigger...BAM. Black dials.

Diversify, diversify. I have a few black dials so now I'm aiming for a white dial and a blue dial. Little point in having all one color dials even if the watches are different. Mix it up a bit. :)

There is not enough contrast between the dial/hands/numbers on the white dial

    Re: More of the same

I have a good mix of black and white\silver dialed watches. Black ones tend to be more sporty looking. Whites more dressy, although depends on the watch

Both of these Stowas are appealing, but I think black edges white our by a bit. Like you said - the contrast is better on black. Numeric markers and hands are disappearing on the white dial here.
