Most affordable instant change jumping minutes chronograph

Instant change jumping minutes is when the hand in the minutes register in a mechanical jumps crisply to the next mark on the sub-chapter ring without any stutter.

Most jumping minutes (Omega speedmaster hand wind for example) stutter for a few seconds before jumping to the next mark. Instant change is when there is no stutter at all.

What is the most affordable instant change jumping minutes chronograph?

    I enjoy collecting non-European, in-house movement, manual-wind watches.

Anything with a Valjoux 7750/Sellita SW500, which is most of them.
It rubs it's skin with the lotion, or else it gets the hose again!
I love the smell of carbamide in the morning, it smells like VICTORY.
That ain't a double, I just like to stutter.

Damasko makes one with a central minute counter.

Agreed, although the minute marker stutters for a second or so before the marker lands to a complete stop.

The Damasko DC80, Sinn EZM 10, Sinn 140, and possibly others (Tutima?) have centrally mounted minute markers that circle around the entire dial tracking 60 minutes. Similar to the old discontinued Lemania 5100 EXCEPT that the minute markers of the Damasko/Sinn, etc. (with their modified 7750’s) do not move continuously as the Lemania markers did. However, these watches run from high $2000 USD (Damasko on strap) to nearly $6000 USD for the Sinn EZM 10 on bracelet.

Isn't that what any cheap chrono does?

I mean, technically, digital displays do exactly that, too, so the literal answer to your question may just be Casio F-91W. Or any cheap analog quartz chrono, or if you want to go mechanical, the Alpha ST19 chronos for $170.

Otherwise, could you clarify your question a bit more?
