Most Expensive Watch You Wore before you turn 35?

What is your most expensive watch you wore before you turn 35?

Personally I think people in their 40s should have more solid foundation to get some expensive watches themselves. People who war currently in 60s prob start working earlier than yougth today.

What is the most expensive watch you wore when you were 20s, early 30s?
Doesn't matter you bought it yourself or got it as a gift from someone.

    Mine is a pre-own G-Shock Frogman...$500usd.

I'll be 36 next month. A few years ago, I bought a Victorinox Air-crew model (quartz). Cost me $450 at a somewhat upscale watch shop. (There was a snottier one literally next door.)

That watch never should have slipped by Q.C. (2nd Victorinox watch that had issues. Never again)! My $55 Timex Expedition displayed better Q.C. than either of my Victorinox models. Both of which were returned. I also owned a Hamilton kinetic. The kinetic movement was beyond terrible, and I returned that one as well. I rarely return items I've bought. I think I paid more for the Victorinox model.

For Christmas, I'm getting a titanium Citizen Eco-Drive. Just over $250. I've always wanted to see just how accurate the Eco-Drive really is. If it works out, I'll likely buy another one in stainless steel to use as a beater.

I don't like large watches and I never did. While my waist line has been rather expansive recently, my watches have never been.

+1 (not comfortable with watches more "expansive" than 42 or 43mm if they have a diving/GMT bezel, and 40mm otherwise, not a fan of very "thick" watches, either).

Ok, I have good genes and I still cut a svelte swathe, but might get there if I don't watch out

in 1983 i bought a 1978 Rolex Gmt Master I for 400 bones! little crown and plastic crystal(sure was easy to polish scratches out)...man i wished i had it back! Gave to my younger brother in 1990 and he wore it for 15 years without ever servicing and sold it in 2005 for 1500 bones!!!! He offered it to me for 1200.00 and i told him to go, well you know what i told him since i gave it to him! See what they go for now and wished i bought it back from him for 1200.00!!

Expansive? Like wow, man! These watches, like, just blew my mind. Or maybe it's the mushrooms?
