    Movement Question

I own an Alpina Startimer Chronograph, automatic, movement AL 725 ( I think it is similar to the Valjoux 7730 movement). I wear the watch daily and haven’t had any problems with it until this morning when I put it on. It was nearly 30 minutes fast. Somehow it began adding +3 seconds every minute during the night. Anyone have any suggestions as to why this is happening? I don’t recall knocking into anything. Thanks for your help!

Is there an easy way to demagnetize it? Or should I bring it to a dealer?

Every watchmaker should have the necessary too to demagnetize. Never ever did it myself.
