    Gift My first Omega watch, Men's Omega Constellation w/ boxes

    Here's the Omega watch I chose... 18k gold & stainless steel, came with original Omega buckle, inner & outer box and hang tag. Great condition - keeping perfect time.
    All it's missing is the Observatory logo on the back
    I won this in auction today for about $200 - I am looking forward to receiving it, and wearing it!

    Thanks for looking

    Congratulations on your first Omega OP! Although not really a fan of the strap, I love the delicate design of that Constellation model. A few questions though;

    Any idea on its age? It looks in 'okay' condition to me, not great. Perhaps you can have it topped up at an AD? How do you know it runs perfectly; did you get any sort of confirmation of any kind on this?

    Anyhow, enjoy it and wear in good health!

    Hi! :)
    Thank-you! From what I can see online... it looks like it's from the late 1980's?
    They said it's in great condition and that it runs perfectly - but I haven't received it yet... also, what do you mean by having it topped up at an AD?

    Well, I mean that judging from the pictures I don't think it is in 'great' condition, rather 'okay'. If all the assurance you have is that from the seller (I trust that it's a reputable one), I would always take that with a grain of salt and prepare for additional costs once you receive the watch. These costs would be associated with getting the watch serviced at an AD/Omega should there be any issues with it :)

    But hey, chances are equal that it is in great working condition! Enjoy the watch, that is the most important thing!
