    My First Pocket Watch.

Pictures are from the seller over on TZ. Purchased it last night while I was out to dinner with the girlfriend.

Looks great, congrats! How old is the watch? The movement appears to be in very good condition.

I am going to say the 40's. I've seen a few on eBay with the same design and look from the mid 40's. The watch is in amazing condition. The seller has quite a few pocket watches. He has a few from the Illinois Watch company that I may pick up when my insurance cheque comes in. I was suprised at the condition at first but I checked his references and they are solid.

If the serial number is C14794 (hard to tell) it would date to 1946. 992B is one of Hamilton's best models.
