I'm in awe of my new Habring2 Foudroyante, still wondering how they ever made this watch, and whether some watches are gifts from the future.
Habring2, in case you don't know about this company, is independent watchmaker in Austria. (More at Habring2's website). The foudroyante seconds hand rotates once a second in 1/8 second hops, in sync with the larger deadbeat seconds hand. The dial and case are exquisite. Only twelve of these watches are made a year.
I've attached a short video of the watch in motion.
I don't want to take it off my wrist. Ever.
