    Who can do it better than Steve G, and notice no updates to his website since 2007 (scroll to bottom)?

    Ahhhh....The Dufour Simplicity, I'd give my left pinky for!
    AFAIK...Less than 50 were ever produced. Price was approx $50K w/a two year wait time.

    "Sharp by Coop" does knives but could really get into watches in a big way. I love that guys work.

    He does really nice work but it is a little too bright and has a little too much glare for me. I have a preference for flat light. There is a guy on another forum I frequent who goes by the user name Jocke and when he is on his stuff is fabulous.
