My most uncomfortable watches were the two Diesels I bought on a whim; looked great but sat weird on the wrist and just plain felt 'bad'.

Most comfortable has to be the DOXAs, but the Kobold Seal is also very comfortable because of the bracelet endlink design (it sticks out a little).

Uncomfortable? Those would be my watches that did not come with a bracelet, so I wear them on a straight link bracelet like a watchadoo, which is a fine bracelet in itself, but can make the watches feel top heavy because the straightlink can twist at the lugs instead of staying put like those with dedicated curved endlinks.
    Lots of dive watches.

Most comfortable: MTM Blackhawk on ballistic strap

Least comfortable: My seastar is getting a little tight, may be time to add a link -

I got rid of my uncomfortable watches, except a Casio, which is the manual labor watch & is ok. My Rolexes are the most comfy, then my Stowa Airman auto and MKII Blackwater...the balance of the fleet are comfy but these are the kind that disappears on the wrist.

They're all pretty comfortable but I guess the JLC ultra-thin wins if I had to pick one. The Zenith loses when it's on the bracelet because there are no half-links.

Some bracelets have links that are half the length of others, so you can use them go get a closer fit.

My new Formex Sc-800 is by far the most comfy watch ive ever worn. With the small links bracelet & their patented "shock absorber" case its a match made in heaven! Just wish my bracelet was longer, need extra links.

The shock absorber is where the movement and dial are house in a cylinder which is then inserted into the cage, but there is a flexible material between both cases which allows the watch head to "stretch" upwards when you flex your wrist. Awesome. Will post pics soon. here are some stock photos from the web.

Least comfy watch had to be my Glycine KMU-48, since it was flat and a whopper at 48mm. Nice watch though, but im not 7 foot & 300lbs, so im too small for it. Traded it.

A tie for most comfortable: my Omega Coaxial PR De Ville with a leather strap and my Speedmaster Pro on a bracelet....my least comfortable: my Concord Impressario chronograph...the Zenith movement makes the watch just too thick to wear with or w/o cuffs...always banging into something w/ it....
