Need help identifying a Maurice Lacroix watch

Hi. I hope this is the correct section for this...

My Dad gave me this watch which he is very proud of. It's not my kind of thing, but I'd like some opinions on it if possible.

Sorry about the poor pictures, I had to use my phone as my camera died on me...Unknown Maurice Lacroix Watch - Imgur

I can't quite make out the hallmarks, but on the one on the back I can read 375, which I guess means 9k gold. On the movement I can see 955 412, which seems fairly generic. I'm not even sure if this is genuine or a replica. Can anyone help?

    Thanks.

You should probably post this in the "Pocket Watch/Vintage" section of this forum for better responses.

You think? It's neither pocket nor vintage...

Actually I say it's not vintage and to be honest I don't know for certain.

80's / 90's possibly - don't know the model - 375 is indeed a gold mark but low content -possibly 10k - the movement is indeed ETA 955.412 -and appears to be correct - basically a designer make/type dress watch in quartz - not of any great value except to you and father -

To be honest it's no value to me either :) Really not my kind of thing, looking to sell.
