Need help identifying pocket watches from my grandparents estate!

Hi there. I am new to the forum and have no knowledge of vintage pocket watches. I inherited these 3 pocket watches from my grandparents estate. I would appreciate any information regarding age, maker, and approximate value. Please don't hesitate to ask me any questions. I have included pictures with any maker's marks, brand names, etc. Thank you very much!

Watch #1 - pictures 1 and 2 (it says Illinois on the face and has a pocket knife attached)
Watch #2 - pictures 3-5 (it has an E on the face and has markings on the inside cover - 18, K, and a crown)
Watch #3 - pictures 6-7 (it says United States Watch Co. on the face)

I posted this thread in the vintage pocket watches forum but thought I could get some additional information posting here. I will try to add pictures of the movements if I can figure out how to get to them. I have no experience in this sort of thing. I appreciate your help.
