Need help with identifying a watch

I found a watch that was my Dad's several years ago and do not know anything about it. Does anybody have information about it, and is it worth getting the watch glass replaced since it is cracked? On the front of the watch is says Mido Multifort Superautomatic. Let me know if you are unable to read the wording on the attached picture for the back side. Thanks

Crystals are an easy fix. The greater concern is the condition of the movement.
Mido is a good quality watch, many with attractive designs and a variety of complications. This appears to be a simpler model, but attractive all the same.
Definitely worth a crystal replacement, and if you like the style and size (likely on the small size), get it serviced!

Looks like a Mido "Multifort Super Automatic" of the late 40s, early 50s. Might be fitted with a Mido automatic caliber 817, 17 jewels. 30 mm in diameter, 37 lug to lug. Lug width most liekely 16 mm ? Nice Speidel on it. A complete overhaul seems to be inevitable. New crystal, re-lume of hands and indexes, cleaning, lubricating.
    Kind regards
    Mike
