Question Need help regarding this Elgin WWI Black Star...

    Hi,
I have just found on the net this Elgin Black Star from the WWI era. Please, help me identifying how genuine it is.
It is said to be working, movement has the serial #21532420 and the sterling case is made by the "Philadelphia Watch Company". Do you think the crown is matching to this case? What do you think about the state of the dial and hands? I have been already searching for similar watches on several forums but could not find any with the same combination of case/dial/hands. Many thanks for any help...
