    Need info

Hi I am new to this forum, I am curious about getting information about this watch below. My father recently passed and left me this watch. I attempted to research online to gain information on the face value with no luck. I am not interested in selling, however I am interested in figuring out how much it would cost for maintenance.

Patek Philippe Geneve Complication 750 REF39701W

Yes, do tell. If you make such a statement you should substantiate it.

I could not find a similar image of a Patek after googling. The closest had a small power reserve indicator at 12:00, otherwise the subdials were laid outdifferently . If it is a real Patek, you should not wear it. If you will wear it, then have it serviced, and a service may cost several thousand. Breguet charged me $1,200 to service a chronograph.

Have it properly inspected. You can't expect reliable advice from a couple of tiny pics posted on the internet. FWIW I can't find any official reference to that model number and a google search only throws up fakes.

Hey Gary 123 I see your also in located in the DC metropolitan area. By chance, do you know of any credible watch retailers in the area who can answer my questions?

You are not going to get a good idea for maintenance cost without taking it in to a watch repair shop and letting them assess the state of it.
    Do something exceptionally mediocre today

The fact it's a Chinese movement identify it as fake. If you want further proof, the poorly etched text on the caseback should be stamped, and the '750' hallmark should be stamped on gold, not stainless steel.

    Re: Need info

Sorry, absolute fake and a very poor one at that. Patek never made a watch like that and the back is a MESS. I didn't have to blow the pictures up but when I did it became even more clear. Feel free to have it checked out but it is indeed fake.

Anyone that wants to question this look at the rotor (what you can see through the god awful display back).
