Need Some Help and Advice - Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Grande Authenticity

Hey all, I've been searching for a solid dress watch for my upcoming wedding and was looking at a few options. I happened upon this piece and was hoping that someone who is infinitely more knowledgeable about JLC's could possibly identify it. It is similar to the Q1352520 but I cannot verify it.

Speaking as a JLC owner there is something that feels "off" about these pictures. I'm not sure what it is, but the dial (particularly the sub-seconds), the movement (fairly undecorated), and the box just do not look right. Unless someone had a mode number, original receipt, etc., I would not buy this one.

I'm not a JLC owner but I agree that movement doesn't seem up to par with other JLC movements.

It's fake. JLC does not do gold plated watches, and does not pair a stainless steel caseback with a gold case. The box is fake, and the movement looks like an ETA 2824 or clone.

Hard to tell from that angle, but the movement sure doesn't look pretty enough to be genuine.

Yep, that is fake. The font printing looks off and the movement is a piece of crap.

As mentioned, obvious fake - movement, steel back\plated case, crown, thickness - all give it away.

But I'm curious - how do people just "happen upon" these "watches"? I mean if I had a friend who is a wealthy collector and who I know has an extensive collection of real, interesting, pricy pieces and wants to sell me one - authenticity is almost assured. But in what other scenarios do people expect to get a real gold JLC Master Ultra Thin they just happen upon?

Looks like a gold(-colored) cap and the movement appears less decorated than my Sea-Gull. The font on the box is different than the watch.

Why do we enjoy giving advice to fake makers around here?
