    Laughing New arrival: complicated simplicity or simply complicated?

    This arrived just yesterday, after more than 2 years wait. I had chance to take only few shots of it (bad quality pics, sorry).
    It is simply amazing:
    - Ti 42 mm case and buckle (reporting the coordinates of the Musée International d'Horlogerie in La Chaux-de-Fonds) designed by Christian Gafner;
    - single-pusher chrono with 30' counter on the caseback window;
    - Yearly calendar (weekday, month, date) to be corrected only once per year (on Feb. 28th);
    - AM-PM indication;
    - Valjoux 7750 modified caliber base developed by Ludwig Oechslin and handcrafted by Paul Gerber in limited quantity;

    I left my Stowa FO in the drawer today.

    It's style could be liked not, depending on one's taste, but I find it a great watch that worth a place in a collection .
    Opinions, please...

    Thanks, it's really a beauty in my point of view, but I will understand anyone who will find its style difficult to be accepted.
    More information and better pics about the features of this are available here (this webpage is the booklet that comes with the watch).

    Congratulations that certainly is a beauty, I think it manages that almost impossible task of being at home in jeans and T shirt, business suit and dinner suit, very simple but very stylish.

    Again, congratulations, wear your watch with pride and the very best of health.
    Best regards

    Dave.

    A lot of *bang* without any *bling* -- very nicely coordinated. Had to check out the website to see the 30-minute counter for myself...wow very, very cool!

    Congratulations on something completely different (in a good way).

    Thanks, my friends. I found this really innovative and a real bang-for-the-bucks, so I fell in love with it about two years ago, when I ordered it.
    I'm not saying it's inexpensive, but it worths all the Swiss Francs it costs: few brands only produce a yearly calendar + a single-pusher chrono, their price tags start from about 5 times of this one up...
