My first impressions. It is a wearable big size watch. Take a look at the comparison pic with a Suunto Core, both watches are 50mm dial size. The Suunto is all dial and the bezel on the Seiko makes it looks much smaller on the wrist. The silicone rubber strap is very cheap. Think about having a 22mm strap ready to swap. Mine is a Hirsch Ayrton with red accent which complement the red on the bezel. The instruction booklet is very clear and makes the adjustment easy. I am a big fan of G-Shock and Protrek and it did not make long before I was at ease with the Seiko way. To illuminate the dial at night you have to tap the dial but it is often miss and try. The negative display is very good, better than my G-Shocks. I have a 7 inches wrist size. If you hesitate to buy because of that, do not worry, it will be your best summer watch.
