New shoes for the Rado Diastar?

Any recommendations for some new shoes for my Rado Diastar?

Not sure if the black croc will do good?

Black croc would work well. The bracelet already on it works for me too.

The watch that "started it all" was my Rado that I bought more than 30 years ago

That looks a lot like the Di-Modell Chronissimo....looks good. I bet you could dress it up with a matte alligator or croc without contrast stitching. It depends on whether you want dressy (matte croc/alligator w/ matching stitching), business casual (matte croc/alligator with contrast stitching) or sporty (Di-Modell Chronissimo).

Black alligator/crocodile would look great on a Diastar. That is what my wife has on hers...

i think black or gray croc would look good on the watch. maybe black croc w/ grey contrast stitching would be an interesting contrast. i have a vintage rado diastar original in gold & was planning on putting on a cognac or honey colored croc band. good luck.
    cheers,

IMHO, the Diastar is the ultimate retro watch. Here's mine, a wedding gift from my beloved wife:

And yes, I'm wearing it today...

Looking forward to seeing it on the croc! Rados really are neat watches, I took a look at the d-star 200 diver when I got my Longines, and took a look at the rest of their offerings. I'd still really like a classic Diastar one day, like you everyone that has one just raves about them.
