New Swiss 10 Franc note commemorates watchmaking

Not very important news to most on WUS, but a cool tidbit nonetheless:The new 10 Swiss franc note hand mystery

The theme of the note is apparently "focuses on Switzerland’s organizational talent – expressed by time". Probably the most horological banknote in the world? With a pattern of clock faces on the 'hand' side and a full mechanism on the other.

Never use cash here to be honest, but the new notes are nice to have in the wallet. Also rather cool that the lowest, most common banknote pays homage to (or even enshrines) this theme, though knowing the prices they could've kept it on the 1000 bill

Great drawing of the hands, they look like they are conducting an orchestra .
Interesting foot note about cash. The Swiss used to like the folding stuff as opposed to cards, no matter the size of the note shops and cafes could always change it.
It has been a while now but I would like to visit Geneva for obvious reasons.
