    New Timepiece arrives

    Hey All:

My Anonimo arrived Friday and it exceeds my expectations. Great feel, great look, clear dial. I am very pleased.

    Here it is...

There's something about them. Chit-chating with customers, I used
to say, there're more Panarai, than Panerai. Someone is going to come
along and say "homage", gotta get rid of that word.

    Re: New Timepiece arrives

Thanx again for the feedback guyz. I really have not stopped wearing the watch since it arrived Friday.

Isn't it great when a new timepiece arrives. I mean, I keep everything else wound and ready but when a new piece and you just click and you go through that love affair...

I am lucky enough to have had such success with my last three...a Nomos Ludwig, a DFreemont Sapphire Power Reserve, and now the Anonimo 2005 Chronoscopio.

And I spaced it over 2 years which I am trying to explain to my wife was an act of tremendous self control and restraint.

Now she wants a Patek. Might be cheaper in the long run to save my pennies for a year and accomodate her.

    Re: New Timepiece arrives

I am just loving it guyz. Thanx. I can't thank Steve from About Time enough.

I am very specific about my watches and I am sure I must try the patience of some because of my desire for precision.

But we all have "the disease" and we all probably have way too many watches, but that's what makes it fun.

I know I have to scrimp and sacrifice to order one and I really appreciate it when I do and it is nice when a watch exceeds expectations.

Sorry to ramble..just a happy camper here
