New Tudor Models for Baselworld 2019

Tudor just released six new models (so far), mostly focusing on new two tone and bronze options!

We'll have more details to come, but here's what you need to know right now.

We'll start with the biggest change for Black Bay yet, the P01. Sure to be divisive, but I like it. It reminds me a bit of the North Flag, my favorite Tudor. It's 42mm, has an in-house MT5612 and costs $3,950.

I think that the new Black Bay Bronze is going to be the most popular of the models released so far though. It's 43mm, also powered by an in-house movement, and $4,050.

Tudor released a trio of dressy Black Bays in two tone, one for 41mm, 36mm and 32mm ($4,150, $4,050 and $3,950 each).

Finally, at least so far, we have the Black Bay Chrono S&G, a very, very two-tone Black Bay Chronograph. It's 41mm and $6,800.

Update: Some early photos from Tudor at Baselworld 2019. Many more to come.

Yeeesh, what a complete fail. The Bronze BB, okay, that one gets a pass - boring, but fine. The rest? PFFFFFFFT

Wow. Big swing and a miss. I have a feeling most of these will be discontinued sooner rather than later. But hey, I'll give Tudor credit for at least trying something. Rolex seems to have taken the entire year off.

I appreciate the update, but am I the only one that thought that at least half of these already existed? Haha

What a freakin' snoozefest. And that P01...that thing is just hideous.

the rest scream "Budget Datejust." I was really hoping for BB58 in different colours.

Meh. Looks like Tudor have finally shed their edgy, new attitude everyone thought they were developing several years ago.

Since Tudor's releases seem to be a near unanimous face plant (or face palm), all I really want to know now is if the in-house movements have trickled down any further. In particular, did the Black Bay 36 get the in-house movement?

*edit: It looks like I got my answer and the answer is NO.

Sorry, that'd be the 80's FUNKHAUS Biker-Chic wrist bangle, the P01.
