Yeah I like TGV's videos but why anyone would brand a watch with a youtube channel is beyond me. Youtube success and popularity is extremely ephemeral; a watch is supposed to be the opposite.

Hmm, interesting idea to start a thread to make fun of a sold out watch. I rather like the design. My guess is Chris is cringing all the way to the bank on having to make a watch that sold out.

Perhaps you were too busy to do a search so I'll excuse you missing a 24 page thread about this very watch. That's neither here nor there. Start from here though if you're interested in the discussion that's already gone on and see other "crazy" brands (like Sinn, Stowa, Guinand, Junghans, etc.) who have released pilot watches with a rotating bezel. Stowa in particular released a pilot with a rotating 24 hour bezel and GMT movement. Crazy. And I'm out before the inevitable back and forth.

Ya i missed that thread, can't catch em all. I get what you're saying though and that Stowa looks great so maybe once you get into 3 different styles in one watch it starts to look off. Just my opinion.

Is it just me? Pilot/diver/GMT hybrids. Famous ones. Love both of them.

Here is mine from last year. As for the NTH Catalina, there were a couple of offs for me. I find the dial a bit busy with the long minute track, and the movement should of have the ETA 2824-2 instead of the Miyota for the asking price.

I'm talking pilot watch as in flieger. I wouldn't consider the 2 you posted pilot watches. Sure some pilots might wear them but you know what i mean.
