    O & W Pilot 3095?

    Hello All,

Could someone please help me with the watch seen below.
The write up on this watch sounds to good to be true.
A good friend of mine that knows watches told me this is a N.O.S watch(New Old Stock) or made up of N.O.S. parts.
He told me to stay away but I can't look away.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    K

O & W continues to keep current with style and watch fashion. Many makers having taken a cue from IWC of Schauffhausen with their very large Pilot’s watch recreation costing several thousand dollars – has made the 3095 presented here for the first time in the US and in stock. This watch is not just large – it is very well made and finished – this is no Fossil disposable. This will be the watch you will use every day, take on business trips and on vacation since the price is so reasonable. The watch is entirely made in stainless steel with a water-resistant rating of 5 ATM with screw down back in solid stainless and screw down CROWN. This watch has heft it is not light. The watch comes as shown only in a black dial. The dial is very readable a wonderful gift for someone who needs glasses to read the time and it is an impressive package. The movement that keeps time for this mechanical Automatic wind respected and known ETA 2824-2 with a reserve time of about 42 hours. The crystal is a hardened mineral glass; the dial portion alone is 46.5 mm in diameter w/o the crown and 54 mm lug-to-lug massive measure before ordering this watch and 12 mm high. This has 22mm lugs and is supplied on a solid color NATO band – the band shown may be a Bond 22 - extra. Leather bands are available. - This is NOT a catalog watch it is a genuine timepiece and its fit and finish make it STRIKING. Accurate to seconds a day. For some men who have a large wrist a watch gets lost – NOT THIS WATCH -!!!!!!!!! THAT IS BIG – easy to read with numbers in hour numerals – and the second hand at the 9:00 register. You want Superluminova – you got it – BRAND new – on the very different swords hands, on the numbers – highly visible at night without any light source or “charging”. Yes it is safe this is not radium. This watch is NEW the film on the face on the photo is just that, a factory protective film which peels off. The watch is 298.00 This watch is GUARANTEEED to be as described. Buyer pays shipping. Please refer to item 3095 when sending an email to order and specify the color band you would like.

Don´t know if they use NOS parts and I wonder what these parts should be. The movement is out of current production. Google search will show that this watch is offered by a lot of dealers. So go for it if you like it.
I used to have the O&W M3 and was very happy with it. Hadn´t that much wrist time so I sold it.

I can't speak for that model, but I have an O&W ID 3077 for about a year now on almost daily wear and am very happy with it. It's taken it's share of abuse with no apparent trouble.

Paid about $450 for swiss ETA movement, 200M water resistance, and saphire crystal, so I can't complain.

Generally, O&W seems to get you more than you paid for.
