Omega service in the DFW area?

I have a Planet Ocean that I'd like to have serviced, but don't want to spend $500+ to send it to Omega

Any suggestions for an independent watchmaker, possibly in the north Texas area?

    Thanks

Not DFW (although I know a pool hall owner there!) but Jeff has/is done/doing good work for me. (If you don't mind shipping) Reasonable prices that are listed on his site. doctorofwatches.com

Hopefully you can find someone like him locally...but if not, he's one I would recommend.

OP -- 'don't want to send it to Omega'

    reply -- contact OB

    hmmmm

OP, unfortunately, while there are two world (literally) renowned Rolex watchmakers here in the DFW area, there isn't a single respected independent Omega watchmaker. Resign yourself to shipping it. Nesbit's in Seattle is wonderful, but their prices now match Omega's, so why not just send it to Omega.

Yes I was floored when Nesbits quoted me over $400 to service a simple eta 2895 in one of my Tags. Tags direct service was cheaper by over a hundred dollars lol. Rent in Seattle must be pretty bad.
