    Omega Watch

    So I was looking threw the internet and I came across this watch and i was wondering if anyone knows about this watch. Omega hour vision co-axial skeleton platinum watch

    I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for, information wise, but it uses a modified (probably very decorated) 8500 movement (just looking at it, I can see it has the twin mainsprings up top and the balance down at the bottom, just like an ordinary 8500, so I would bet the differences are mainly cosmetic) that the normal hour vision uses. This one uses the 8403. The normal hour vision has a display back and you can actually see through the sides of the case, so I suppose the full skeleton was the next step. The case is platinum, but the indices are white gold, as is the normal Deville. They only made 88 of them, and as I recall, they were listed for a lot of money, over 30k, and are probably more expensive now.

    I do think it's a great looking watch, and I like Omega a lot, but there are much better things to drop $40,000 on, even in the watch world, in my humble opinion.
