HOW TO READ THE SLOW WATCH

As the title says, it is a one hand watch, the one and only hand is displaying hrs and min. Every index shows a 15 min time bracket. Almost 4 p.m. in the pic though.
During the first days it might feel a bit unusual to have only one hand indicating the time. But don’t worry, you will get used to it.

Looks pretty interesting. Is the dial canvas, or textured plastic?

Not to jijack the thread, but just played w Meistersinger line up. If you think one handers are hard to read, try their new Benjamin Franklin LE ... Only 50 of this made, but a damn fine watch that is a guaranteed conversation starter. See if you can figure out how to tell time:

If you can read a GMT hand, you can read a one-handed watch. I think I prefer more hands just because of aesthetics and broad tradition, but I must admit I think these are neat. I pretty much never need to know the time to the minute, and it's not hard to get within two or three minutes with a quick glance at a one-hander,

It is either 0140 or 0540 or 0940.......?
Best guess is 0940 as it is a more civilised hour.
Edit: 1340, 1740 and 2140 are all possibilities.
    It really is stupid!

You got it - it's any of those 3. Apparently Ben Franklin thought you should know what hour it is (particularly if possibilities are spread wide).
Bottom line - don't use this watch to tell time...

Thanks for posting Mike. Just discovered that the one hand watch road is one I'd best not travel down. Thanks again, it saved me finding out the expensive way.
