Those are remarkably similar.
I'd choose on price.

Lum-Tec. I have a quartz Bull 45, the only quartz watch I like, good quality, so I'd go with another Lum-Tec.
Too many watches, only two wrists and never enough time...
Since they look exactly the same...I'd say price.
Had them both. Lum Tec was the better watch. The Ward is rather thin and the lume was average at best.
