I would personally advise against expensive watches delivered to your hotel in Thailand.

    But if you must.. https://customsdutyfree.com/thailand...lation-method/

The only thing cheap in Thailand are things that are manufactured in Thailand it is not a great place to buy a new watch that has been imported into the country cheaper to buy in the United States. Go to Singapore or Hong Kong both of these places you can get a good bang for your buck.

This. The list of things that can go wrong in this scenario is lengthy.

Just walk to the store. The malls in Bangkok are amazinglu nice (but not cheap).

Thailand import duty is also very high, and I would also suggest against shipping to your hotel, too many variables at play,

we've done it a few times in the past (shipping to a hotel or a temporary address) when I used to work in L.A. and there were always issues,
once the package arrived empty, the others are mostly problems of the package going to too many hands, and hands of people who had no clue what's going on, so I would strongly advised against delivering to your hotel.

It does help if you're going to stay at that hotel for more than a month and every staff in that hotel knows you and knows you are expecting a package from Hong Kong ... and respect you enough not to play around with the package.

Yeah, I've tried to track down a lost package at a hotel. Once the hotel desk signs for it, it becomes your problem if it is missing. Ugh...

I live part time in Thailand. The customs duties are so confusing and can be so high that it might not be worth it and you’ll be at the mercy of the customs agent. The above referenced website is incorrect as they show completely different duty rates for automobiles (something that I can actually verify on the Thai Customs website) but I am unable to find anything relating to wristwatches.
