    Panerai or Rolex Explorer ii

Hi guys! Need help on my collection! I now have a JLC Reverso Grande Date, Zenith El Primero Chronograph Moonphase gold, Rolex Sub Ceramic and a Tudor Heritage Black Bay Steel.

    My Dilema is:

I don't ever use the JLC which is to formal, besides loving it and being a gift from my grandmother, I use it once a year. So I was thinking about selling it and buying a new Explorer ii or a Panerai Luminor Marina PAM00510. Is it a mistake to sell the JLC? If not, Rolex or the Pam?

Thanks a lot for your feedback!

    Cheers,

    dserrador

Given what you have in your collection, I’d go PAM510. I love my Luminor and I have a Sub to go with it. It’s definitely a love it or hate it look

You have a Rolex already so go for the Panerai.

To further deversify your collection, my vote goes to Pam as well.

    Yeah, Pam.

I'd be a little more interested in the history of the JLC (before selling it that is. Once you sell history you can't get it back)

Your grandmother gave you a JLC and you are thinking of selling it even though you have more than enough watches? Hang onto it, hopefully someday you'll figure out why.

Agreed, you want to expand your collection as you go so I say go with Panerai.

Keep the watch your grandma gave you and buy whatever other watch you care to with your own funds, I say.

Between those two, I'll take the Explorer ii. And I'm a fan of Panerai but would rather have a Zero instead of the 510; base is ace!
