Perfect Fit Buckle – WUS Project?

Sick of being stuck between holes on your watch straps? Maybe it’s time for a “WUS Perfect Fit Buckle.” Who’s on board, and more importantly who knows how to get something like this off the ground? I sure don’t!

Here’s my rough draft. I realize there are other solutions out there, so if you have a better idea I’m all for it. Thanks in advance.

It doesn't look like it would be difficult - just a little bit ugly.

Could work though. I'm a little surprised it hasn't been done already...or has it?

Like I said, working progress. It obviously needs some sort of ratcheting mechanism and a quick release lever.

Or, there could just be three standard tang buckle lengths; short, medium and long. No need for ratcheting. Just fit the one that gives you a good fit.

While we're at it, I can't stand a flappy bit of strap sticking out. So can we go with ochs und junior style strap routing too?

Could possibly put something telescopic in the section between the tang and strap, maybe even sprung, Pelagos bracelet style.
