Pics of an Aquaracer 500 (not mine)

I posted a poll recently comparing this guy and a PO.
Based on the consensus the AR is nothing remotely similar
to a Seamaster, then i found this pics on a Spanish speaking
watch forum and i decided to post them here.
As you can tell from the pics it is really nice.
I would get rid of the cyclops and call it a day.

    Here they are:

The watch belongs to forum memeber Pirata (Pirate).
    Take care guys!

I don't think the pics will sway anyone here, too much disdain for
Tag. While I understand the love for Omega, I can't quite grasp the hatred for Tag.

Great photos, although I have always found the Aquaracer to be very clunkly, and thought the display back on a supposedly toolish dive watch was out of place.

    Kind Regards,
    Nick

Being a long time Aquaracer owner - I have respect for the watch, and the new 500 is very nice. However I would take my PO over the 500 any day of the week

That really is a very nice watch. Aesthetically it pushes the right buttons for me. It's certainly capable enough for any sort of recreational water use, and frankly I think the display back sets it apart from the rest of the toolish dive watch set.

The cyclops is the only thing I don't dig about it.

The USA seems the only place where the Tag's are not respected for what they are...a lot of the time, the predjudice for the brand polutes the opinions of those commenting on Tag's.

Over here they are not over marketed, sold in conveinience stores, or found on every street corner...

As a proud owner of the AR 500 I'm nothing but satisfied with the watch, and what it is.

I didn't know many here dislike TAG. And like you,i also don't understand why if this is true. It's not like they make bad watches. If price is an issue, there are other brands more guilty of jacking up prices base on brand names. If it's too commercialised, that's hardly a reason to dislike TAG too.

Back to the OP...those are nice pics of the Aquaracer...if only i can afford it. Man, i hate Tag :p

I really don't know how much these go for but I actually like it.
The top of the bezel is pretty neat and so does the dial. I just don't like the cyclops
