Looks like a fake - but it’s a real Patek.
It is... ....a Patek which PP asked George Daniels to fit with a coaxial escapement. Daniels then wore the watch for the following ten years. It’s in the Science Museum in London. It looks like a shoddy fake - but it’s actually a piece of horological history - the first wristwatch with a coaxial escapement.
It may be the angle or lighting, but I don't see the "Patek Philippe" branding on the dial at 12 o'clock. This article has a good picture of the museum watch: https://www.hodinkee.com/articles/wo...#&gid=1&pid=11
