Posting other people’s wrist shot not in a reply

I just saw one of my wrist shots taken today posted by someone else in “What Are You Wearing Right Now...Part Deux”
I didn’t copyright the photo or anything, but would that be frowned upon in general, or are there any forum regulations about it?

    Just curious.

Not sure about a formal rule, but it’s pretty crappy and I’d likely call him out on it!

Gee, I borrow lots of shots to be used as examples and all that, but never for a WRUW. That's pretty weird. Or maybe sad.

Thanks for the feedback. Forum member contacted me and he was apologetic and took it down.

Not cool. But hey, take pride in the fact that they're clearly jelly.

It'd be a big red flag for me for buying anything from them though.

    That's pretty weird.

When I was in junior high school this guy named Doug carried school pictures of pretty girls in his wallet and the pictures were personalized on the back. Problem was that they were personalized to a guy named Mike. Doug had found/stolen Mikes wallet and apparently he liked the pictures so he scratched out "Mike" and wrote in "Doug" and carried them around in his wallet. True story. I figured Doug wanted people to think he was friends with the popular/pretty girls, maybe the WRUW poster's motivation is the same?

I think it would be ok if you don't have your own pic, mention that the pic isn't your own, and give credit to the original poster.

Maybe there’s a logical explanation, but my cynical side jumps right to “setting up a sales scam”.
