All I wanted to know is if this seemed legit to you experts :)

Re: QUESTION: Is this a legit variant

It literally says in the listing that it is an aftermarket dial. The movement looks pretty crap, either damaged or seriously gunked up, I wouldn't trust it to 'work properly'.

In the listing it says shipping from Thailand, while in the shippings and payment tab it says the watch is in the US.

Make of that what you will.

If you read at the bottom of the webpage it states "Watchuseek recommends Chrono24, the largest watch marketplace on the Internet.". Instead of asking the forum for our opinion, if something is legit, visit Chrono24 and search out the said model you are interested so that you can draw your own conclusions. Plus, it does not hurt to visit some other web forums dedicated to the Citizen brand. See WUS link below:

Note: Currently there are a few Vintage 1970's Citizen Bullhead Chronographs currently up for sale on Chrono24 that should allow you to draw your own conclusion about something for sale on the Bay.
